My name is P\u00e4r Axelstjerna (Gothenburg) and I have been running this business full time since January 2013. My previous experience has mainly been spent in the automotive industry where I had the privilege of working directly or indirectly with several players in the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My philosophy is that \u201deverything is possible\u201d and I am of the opinion that it is possible to effect far greater changes\/improvements than may appear at first sight. Often the key is to identify what it is you want to achieve, create consensus, execute and follow up. Toyota has consistently worked with improvements since 1951.
