PAxel Consulting is a company focusing on Project Management, Creative Improvements, Logistics and Purchasing. My name is Pär Axelstjerna (Gothenburg) and I have been running this business full time since January 2013. My previous experience has mainly been spent in the automotive industry where I had the privilege of working directly or indirectly with several players in the market.
My philosophy is that ”everything is possible” and I am of the opinion that it is possible to effect far greater changes/improvements than may appear at first sight. Often the key is to identify what it is you want to achieve, create consensus, execute and follow up. This may seem like a simple model but the challenge is to know exactly how to implement these steps.
Since 2013, I have direct or in cooperation with Sonat, Alfakonsult, Sweco and Scandinavian Purchasing Group been involved in several interesting and exciting projects.
During my last visit to Toyota in Japan, we discussed among other things, how to work with continues improvements. Toyota has consistently worked with improvements since 1951. After almost 60 years of consistent work, 471 500 ideas were submitted and registered during the last year.
